- Contact Alameda Realty. Stay committed to your agent and the buying process.
- Get pre-approved; in today's market this can be the difference.
- Determine the area, price range and size of property you wish to purchase.
- After
finding the right property the next step is to write a purchase offer.
Your Realtor will guide you through this process and every aspect of
the offer, don't forget to ask any questions you may have.
- Your
Realtor will present and negotiate your offer, often there may be a
counter offer involved, after acceptance it's now time to open escrow.
- After
opening escrow, stay within the guidelines of you're purchase contract.
Get any and all inspections you feel necessary, finish any loan
stipulations and don't forget to ask your Realtor.
- When
the closing time is near there are a variety of other things to
complete such as arranging for insurance, moving dates, activating
utilities, etc. Your Realtor can assist you with this information and
will also arrange for your signing of the closing documents.
- After the home has successfully closed and the property has been recorded with the proper agency, it's now time to relax and enjoy your purchase.
Don't forget, ask your Realtor if you have any questions during the buying process.
